Course Access Duration

  • Individual courses: Lifetime access unless otherwise specified
  • Bootcamp programs: Access for the program duration plus 12 months
  • Enterprise licenses: Access terms defined in separate agreements

Course Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue courses at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes that materially affect your access to enrolled courses.

5. Payment and Refunds

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect enrollments already completed.

Payment Processing

Payment is due at the time of enrollment. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our platform. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the stated amount.

Refund Policy

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Individual course purchases may be refunded within 30 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course has been completed
  • Bootcamp programs: Refundable within 14 days of the start date if less than 10% of content has been accessed
  • Enterprise licenses: Refund terms specified in separate agreements
  • No refunds after the specified periods or completion thresholds

Subscription Services

If you purchase a subscription-based service, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content

All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, videos, audio, software, and course materials, is the property of dhiurl or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Student Work

You retain ownership of any original work you create while using our Services. By submitting work to our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your work solely for the purpose of operating and improving our Services.

Certificates

Upon successful completion of courses, we may issue certificates of completion. These certificates are for personal use and professional development only and do not constitute formal accreditation or academic credit.

7. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use our Services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward other users or instructors
  • Posting or transmitting harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or other malicious code
  • Engaging in any form of academic dishonesty or cheating

No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to provide high-quality training, we do not guarantee specific career outcomes, job placements, salary increases, or certification results from using our Services.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, dhiurl SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless dhiurl, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

12. Termination

Effect of Termination

Dispute Resolution

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.

Jurisdiction

To the extent arbitration does not apply, you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Harris County, Texas.

14. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and dhiurl regarding the Services.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, or technical failures.
